Every Tuesday – sandwiched between a spa and a pest control school in Queens New York – the Indo Java grocery store transforms into Warung Selasa. The restaurant is so small, you’ll always be guaranteed the best seat in the house… the only one. It just seems to be more proof that Indonesians are the most innovative business people in the world.
