Ridwan Kamil has revolutionized Bandung.
The former architect became Bandung’s mayor in 2013 and has transformed his hometown into Indonesia’s most efficient city when it comes beauracracy. According to CNBC: “The use of e-budgeting has also ended ineffective and costly programs, saving the city almost $200 million last year.”
