A First Look Into The Javanese Mobile Horse Library

Who says libraries have to be shucked away in buildings, institutions or schools? Meet a man from Java who is bringing some knowledge straight into your doorsteps.

Ridwan Sururi, 42, travels between schools and villages with a tamed wild-horse called Luna who is loaded with boxes of donated books. Sururi named his project Kudapustaka, meaning 'horse library' in Indonesian, according to the BBC.

That's right, on horse back. We love this ingenuity that Ridwan also has a passion for "I love horses, and I want this hobby to bring benefit to the people" he told the BBC.

Check out Ridwan's amazing adventures below!
